Our cheeses are made the old fashioned way -- hand made in small batches. We have several different varieties of raw milk cheeses, including gouda, raclette, Trappist style, tomme style and others.

Our Brown Swiss cows live at Sandy Creek Farm in North Texas. These cows are open pastured and grass fed. Starting with this great milk gives us the raw material needed to make great cheese.
