Farmhouse Cheese Co.
Cheese making classes at Eagle Mountain's facility in Texas are ideal for anyone interested in cheese -- whether it be the appreciation of delicious artisan cheeses, making hand made cheeses at home for family and friends, or starting a business dedicated to the making and/or selling of fine quality locally made cheeses.

Our cheese workshops are only offered two times per year, during the spring and late fall. As noted above, Eagle Mountain Farmhouse Cheese Company teams up with Larry and Linda Faillace to offer these three-day cheese making workshops, including a three-day beginners cheese making workshop and a three-day advanced cheese making workshop.
Dave Eagle learned to make cheese from the cheese whisperer himself, Larry Faillace. Larry, along with his talented wife, Linda, travel to Texas to emcee cheese classes at Eagle Mountain's new state of the art facility in Lipan, Texas. Each of our cheese classes is limited to 10 students, which allows students to have a very "hands on" experience. Each student has the opportunity to participate in all aspects of cheese making.
